Supply & Fitting
The Fire Place offers a complete service, covering all aspects of installation, including free surveying (within 15 miles), fitting, any allied building work and rubbish removal. Our professional team will tidy up at the end of each job to prevent disruption to your home.
Fire places and Fires installation operate on a sliding scale of cost depending on material and difficulty meaning the easier the installation - the less you pay for it!
Following visiting The Fire Place, you can arrange for Russell to come to your home & advice on flue types/ventilation & fitting fee's. He will be able to tell what you can and cannot have. But usually if you want something, Russell will be able to provide it (where there's a will, there's a way).
Once a decision has been made, we will order all necessary materials and once in stock, arrange a fitting day/days. Russell, Matthew, Dom or Scot will arrive, sheet up all flooring Arca's and carry out the work as instructed. We will do all the necessary plastering. At the end of the job, we will tidy up, vacuum and leave your house as we found it but with a new Fire or Fire Place.
Solid Fuel Specialists
The Fire Place has expertise in fitting Wood & Multifuel Burners. We advise on chimney lining and if you no flue we can fit a flue suitable for Wood Burners.
After Sales Service
We take great pride in our work, therefore we’d love for you to be happy with what we do.
However, we like to be on hand after its fitted give you peace of mind. Our after sales service is perfect for repairs and general maintenance.
If you require your Fire or any other gas appliance serviced or repaired, we can arrange that too. If you have a fault on any appliance we have fitted, we will arrange to be there a.s.a.p to rectify.
If we cannot repair the fault and it is under warranty, we will arrange for the manufacterers to visit & either repair or replace.
